Our multi-lingual italian that speaks a whopping 5 languages. Mama mia!! Originally from the beautiful island of Sardinia (well jel), Lidia has proved that she is nothing short of amazing. Always with a beaming smile, she will ensure your clients are looked after from the very get go. Lidia is training to be a fully fledged qualified Paraplanner.
Lidia leads our chasing team that spends all day, everyday chasing 3rd party providers. Everyone needs a Lidia in their office.

Sam is our breath of fresh air that brings a sense of swag and coolness to the office. He is our person that is secretly dreaming about stats, reports and Salesforce. There is nothing Sam doesn’t know when it comes to ensuring clients are receiving the full service they need.

Our highly experienced Wealth Administrator that not only takes absolute pride in his work, but he looks good doing it! With his broad range of knowledge and experience within the finance and administration sectors, Tom can find the solution to any problem that may arise (except perhaps for his receding hairline).
Tom proves on the daily that success is all about having a positive attitude and being prepared to work hard! He goes by the motto ~ “The same water that hardens an egg, softens the potato… That’s why it’s always best to adapt to any situation”.
Everyone loves to speak to Tom. He has an authoritative radio voice that clients love to hear. When the phone rings, clients always want to speak to Tom.

“A passion for Admin”, just one of the gems that Saffron dropped on us at her interview. And she's right. Now in her ninth year as a Wealth Administrator, she gets the job done, quickly, efficiently, and right the first time. Using her knowledge and experience with a cheery attitude her clients always come away happy.
Outside of work, with young daughter permitting, she can be found planning the next holiday. City breaks, beach, snow or sun whatever takes center stage, for family and friends as well as her own with bags of energy and preciseness.
Saffron is loved in the office and we always look forward to seeing Saffron for our annual get togethers.

Before joining Millwood, Craig had been working within the legal sector for over 5 years, and we all know how dull the legal industry can be. However, Craig gained valuable experience dealing with HNW clients and third party providers on a daily basis. Craig is a dedicated grafter!! He thrives on delivering the best service to clients and puts them at the heart of everything he does.
Away from the office, Craig is a huge Liverpool FC fan (I suppose someone has to be!!) and he regularly attends match days so he can sing along with 30,000 devoted YNWA fans (how riveting).
When Craig isn’t taking about football, he’s a traveller, a golfer and a spot of tennis.
